Caretakers Cottage: REACH
Caretakers Cottage is inquiring about a rebranding of an existing early intervention program currently known as HYAP (High-up/Homeless Youth Assistance Program) that the organisation provides. The rebranding of the program intends to strengthen community visibility and local awareness, improve referral pathways, and support homelessness prevention. The program, coordinated by Katie Baird, is aimed towards young people aged 12-16 years old who are currently facing homelessness or the risk of homelessness, supported by early intervention referrals from external services including schools, community, parents and young people.
For this project, I led the creative direction of REACH, ensuring that the rebrand followed Caretakers' established language whilst curating a visual identity that stood on its own. I was also the project manager, ensuring that communication between the team and the client was smooth and clear; building lasting client relationships. I was also in charge of REACH'S webpage, showcasing clear website design skills and Figma knowledge.
